The NIGRIN PERFORMANCE Fine Filler is a fast-curing, styrene-reduced two-component filler based on polyester resin. It is ideally suited for repairing minor unevenness, deep scratches, and for finishing previously filled damaged areas.

Thanks to its micro-fine structure, it reliably fills the smallest depressions and scratches, delivering a pore-free, sandable surface — the perfect base for priming and painting in automotive applications.

Application steps

01

Prepa­re the sur­face

Pre-treat the surface with filler putty, or for small damaged areas: remove rust, degrease, clean, and sand.

Add har­de­ner

Pour the hardener from the enclosed tube completely into the can and mix thoroughly. Mixing ratio: 98% filler to 2% hardener.

Ap­p­ly fil­ler

Mix well and work quickly. Curing begins after 4–5 min.

Al­low to cure

Wait approx. 35 min. until the filler has fully cured.

05

Sand

After curing, sand down the filler.

Note

Optimum working temperature is +10 °C and above. For smaller quantities, maintain a mixing ratio of 98% filler to 2% hardener.
