NIGRIN Copper Spray is a high-pressure stable release agent for reliable pre-treatment of heavily corroded and heat-stressed components. It forms a strong-adhesion protective layer that effectively prevents bolted connections, flanges, exhaust systems, or brake parts from seizing and rusting.
Its temperature-, salt-, water-, alkali-, and acid-resistant formulation provides long-lasting protection even under extreme conditions. Later disassembly is made significantly easier — ideal for workshops, industry, and automotive applications.

Application steps

Prepare the spray head
Remove the transport lock from the spray head.

Prepare the surface
Shake the can and remove coarse dirt from the parts to be treated.

Apply copper spray
Apply NIGRIN Copper Spray sparingly to the cleaned parts.

Assemble parts
Assemble the treated parts.
